I hold a post-graduation in Psychology from Bharathiyar University, Tamil Nadu, and an M.Phil in Clinical Psychology from Osmania University, Hyderabad. I am a wellness practitioner based in Calicut and Cochin, currently pursuing a doctorate degree (Ph.D.).
Over the course of my career, I have become highly proficient in psychological evaluations and treatments, with a focus on Psychoanalysis, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). These competencies empower me to work effectively with children, adolescents, couples, and families, addressing a broad spectrum of psychological needs with both empathy and precision.
Additionally, I’ve contributed to human resource development as a campus interview panel expert for Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL), bringing my psychological insights to corporate settings.
